Upon completion, the home achieved a record-setting sale in Davidson, reflecting both the strength of the property and the growing demand for high-end custom homes in the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte market. The transaction was featured in the Charlotte Business Journal, highlighting the continued momentum of luxury residential development in the area.

The project was also recognized by the Lake Norman Home Builders Association with the award for Best New Custom Home in the highest price point category, further reinforcing the level of craftsmanship, coordination, and execution achieved throughout the build.
