Located on a sprawling lakefront lot on Lake Norman, this extensive custom whole-home renovation and addition was thoughtfully designed to capitalize on indoor-outdoor living and seamlessly integrate new additions to the home. The original structure was completely reimagined to better suit the lifestyle of the homeowners, with a strong focus on maximizing natural light, improving flow, and enhancing connections to the outdoors- all while introducing a more modern aesthetic throughout the home.

Expansive new decks, covered patios, and gathering areas were added to create multiple outdoor living spaces—perfect for entertaining or relaxing by the water. A private in-law suite was also incorporated into the design, offering comfort and flexibility for extended family. Large glass doors and oversized windows blur the lines between interior and exterior, capturing panoramic lake views and inviting natural light deep into the home.
