Perched on a hillside overlooking the waters of Badin Lake, The Alcyon Project is a custom modern residence defined by exceptional architecture, breathtaking views, and meticulous craftsmanship. Designed by renowned architect Toby Witte of Wittehaus, the home was thoughtfully positioned to take full advantage of its unique setting, creating a seamless connection between the architecture and the surrounding natural landscape.

Expansive walls of glass and oversized windows fill the home with natural light while framing panoramic views of the surrounding trees and lake from nearly every room. The home's modern design balances clean architectural lines with natural materials, resulting in spaces that feel both striking and comfortable.

Built by BAAS Construction, every detail of The Alcyon Project was executed with precision and intention.
