Step one
let's talk
We’d love to connect and explore whether we’re the right fit for each other. In our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, project schedule, and our roles, making sure you know exactly what to expect from us. We’ll also answer any questions to help you feel confident every step of the way.

Step two
let's meet
Prior to entering into a Construction Agreement, we have pre-construction processes for which there are fees. These fees are separate from the Construction Agreement and are detailed in the PSA. The PSA covers our development of the project scope together, specifications, selections, and a detailed budget. The PSA may cover services or consultations with other professionals (e.g., architects, engineers, etc.), pre-construction planning, and demolition and discovery if required. The PSA does not obligate you to enter into a Construction Agreement with us and in either case, we will provide you with the results of the work covered by the PSA.

Step three
Project Development
With the results of the PSA work in hand, we will meet with you to talk through the project. We will go over the scope of work, project plan, progress payments, timelines, logistics, and concerns. We want you to be comfortable and confident.

Step four
The construction agreement
At this point, we will have all the information needed to provide a guaranteed price for your project, and you will have approved the design and production plan. You have met your project manager and seen the proposed schedule. We will go over the details of the Construction Agreement for our mutual signatures.

Step five
Project Management
During the building phase, we will handle all the details of ordering materials, scheduling work, oversight, and coordination. We will diligently keep you up-to-date on progress and issues. We do this in large part by having weekly meetings with you at the project site, where we can discuss any questions or concerns that may have arisen over the past week. Your project manager is also available during business hours by phone or email.

Step six
In-Process Changes
No matter how carefully we plan your project together, you may want to make some changes along the way. We are prepared to cheerfully accommodate any changes you want to make. Our Construction Agreement will explain how costs and timing associated with your changes will be handled.

Step seven
Project completion
During the completion phase, we will meticulously inspect to ensure that craftsmanship levels have been maintained throughout the project. We will do a final walk-through with you to ensure we have met these standards, and we will do a final clean-up of the project.
