About Us
our approach

We believe in the
art of homebuilding

At BAAS Construction, we partner with the finest artisans and suppliers to build luxury custom homes across Lake Norman and Charlotte — homes built with precision, craftsmanship and an uncompromising attention to detail. Beautiful homes are the standard — we believe the experience of building one should be just as exceptional. Every project is guided by proven systems refined over more than two decades, from pre-construction planning to the

final walkthrough. That structure keeps communication clear, decisions moving, and every phase of the project thoughtfully coordinated. Weekly meetings on site, remote-build meetings for clients building from afar, and our private client platform keep you informed and connected to every major decision and milestone. The goal is not only a beautifully built home, but a process that feels organized, transparent, and well managed from beginning to end.
